CrossFit Excel requires that any individual interested in our monthly group classes complete our “Elements Course”. The first week is free!
This course is 8 introductory coaching sessions. The 8 sessions held in a group setting are completed over a 4 week time period, 3 sessions each week for the first 2 weeks on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays, then 1 session on Mondays for the next 2 weeks. The program delivers a comprehensive understanding of CrossFit and can be seen as introduction to CrossFit.
These sessions offer a seamless integration into a group class and will give you a general understanding of CrossFit and the foundational movements. Each session we will introduce you to new movements used in our CrossFit program, the sessions end with a WOD (Workout of the Day) designed for an entry level member, then a warm down or stretch and discussions to answer questions and give advice.
There is no fee due the 1st week for our monthly Regular Elements Courses, that’s right it is free!
After the 1st week of elements you will have 3 options.
Option 1) Sign up for a 3 month, 12 Month or 18 Month agreement.
Option 2 ) Sign up for one month unlimited at $145*.
Option 3) Discontinue the elements course.
At CrossFit Excel we realize our fitness program may not be for everyone but we do feel strongly that it can work for almost anyone with the right approach. The 1st week is free because we want to remove the barrier of people having to commit to an agreement before they can experience CrossFit and see what it is like for themselves. So after this first week we will ask you to make a decision if you want to continue. If you are still not sure you, can sign up for a one month trial unlimited at $145 to help you make the decision if our program is a good fit for you.
*If you sign up for the one month unlimited at $145, at the end of this month you must choose a 3 month, 12 month or 18 month plan. Your other option if you decide would to be to discontinue.
